Delivery confirmation / tracking
USPS priority mail includes up to $50 worth of insurance. It will cover our cost of manufacturing, not the retail price of the order. This does not apply to first class mail. Any order that weighs less than 13 ounces ships as a first class package. If the item is lost, we'll replace it. If we use FedEx, your order will automatically be insured for $100. We will send you the tracking number for USPS priority mail or FedEx.
Ordering a gift?
If you're ordering a gift, the "ship to" address is different from yours, and you indicate that your order is a gift in our cart, we will automatically email you the USPS delivery confirmation or the FedEx tracking number, so that you can access the delivery time and date. After receiving the number, please wait 3 to 5 days; then copy and paste the number into the "track & confirm" box of the USPS web site: click here
Your name, address, phone, email, and/or any other personal information that you give us by way of an order, or that you provide us during a stress coaching session, will not be shared with or sold to anyone. It is held in strict confidence. Exception: If fraud is suspected; court order. See credit card info below.
We cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped. Because we generally ship orders within a 4 to 6 hour window, cancelled orders may be subject to a 12% cancellation fee, if cancelled after 4 hours of the order being placed, unless the order has not been shipped. Orders may not be cancelled after 6 hours of placement, unless the order is not shipped, or if it comes in at night, meaning that it won’t seen until the next morning.
Return policies & procedures
All returned items must have an Return Merchandise Authorization Number. To initiate a return, you must request an RMA# within 14 days of receipt. To get an RMA#, please contact us and specify the return reason(s) in your email. Also, please put your order number in the email subject line for quick reference. We will contact you by phone or email within 48 hours (allow additional time for weekends and holidays) with the RMA#. We will not be responsible for items returned without proper return information (customer's name, address and RMA#) on or inside the box.
No return is accepted after 30 days of receipt of the product(s), allowing time for our international customers to receive, inspect and return their full or partial orders. All items must have an RMA# and be received in a new, unused and ready-to-sell condition (including all original packaging and documentations) to receive a refund. We do not accept returns on used or opened items, with the exception of our CD, and the gable boxes used for our home spa kits, which may be opened to inspect the contents.
A fee equivalent to the cost for us to ship your original order will be deducted from your refund amount. This applies to orders returned because you changed your mind, and orders placed for the incorrect product, color, size, type, etc. This is necessary to reimburse us for the outgoing shipping cost, which is free to our domestic customers, as well as to our international customers who order small, light weight items that we are able to ship first class.
Our commitment to you
Your order will arrive safely and on time or we will replace it. In countries where the postal service has been shown to be extremely slow, we ask that you to wait for a sufficient period before requesting the replacement of your order or a refund. For example, samples that we mailed to South Africa via the USPS in mid August of 2015 took two months to arrive.
Contact the recipient
If you are ordering a gift for someone else and the "ship to" address is different from yours, please contact the recipient immediately, advising him or her that a package is on its way. We have already had several instances whereby the recipient or addressee refused delivery because he or she didn't order the goods and wasn't expecting a gift. If a package is refused because it was a surprise, or returned because the street number, apartment or zip you provided us was incorrect, you will pay the redelivery charges.

Credit card security
We do not process any credit cards on our site, and although it may appear that we do -- because the design of the shopping cart so closely matches our site design -- we do not. Your card info is entered by you into a third party shopping cart, designed by ASecureCart.net, which maintains their own PCI certificate. For details, click on ASecureCart.net link / icon above.
What is frames?
Enter our site from any page, other than our index / splash or home page, and our cart's address will be different from ours. The reason the cart appears to be part of our site, and there's no yellow lock on our web pages or the cart, is because our site was built in frames. If you entered our site at the front, all subsequent web pages will have the same extension: /body.htm. The site will appear to be under an umbrella. Credit card info
The description line on your credit card statement will read: GSPI DBA JUST RELAX or JUST RELAX. If you aren't confident using our cart, or if you don't feel comfortable with this process, simply give us a call and if we're available, we'll do our best to assist you.
If you purchase one or more of our spa kits or bottle(s) of essential oil, and you're mailing it yourself, please advise the USPS (and any other shippers) that you're mailing liquids. You're allowed to mail a maximum of one ounce of liquid per package, but it needs to be packaged (wrapped, boxed) properly. Aromatherapy is not considered HazMat. Unlike perfume, essential oils do not contain alcohol. For info about mailing liquids, please contact us.
Due to the high incidence of credit card fraud, our credit card processing company has cautioned us not to accept credit card purchases from Indonesia and Nigeria. Merchants are wise to these two countries; fraud has also been detected from Australia.
Mail-in order / Snail Mail payments
Add all of your products to our shopping cart. When you click on the "Check Out Now" button, select the Mail-In Check / Money Order payment method. Mail us a copy of the final receipt, along with a cashier's check or money order in US dollars, or a personal check drawn on a US bank. If you pay by check, either by snail mail or via the Internet, we will not ship your order until your check has cleared.
Please call us toll-free at 888-499-0044 (US and Canada) or 561-499-0044 during regular business hours, and we will take your credit card order over the phone. Please allow 3 to 5 minutes for the call. Will be typing your info into our shopping cart for you as a courtesy. We have an e-business, which means that all payments are processed electronically online. If we are unavailable, and you live in the US or CAN, please leave us a message and we'll call you back the same or next business day.
Order processing time
We will process and ship your order within 24 hrs of receiving payment. Allow 48 hrs for special orders.
Small packages such as 1 CD and 1 or 2 bottles of aromatherapy (not to exceed one ounce) -- where the package weighs 13 ounces or less -- ship as a small first class USPS airmail package. Larger packages ship USPS priority mail / 2 to 3 day air. By offering you free shipping on our site, depending upon where you live and the weight of the spa kit you order, you will be saving as much as $15. We will tell you the shipper and shipping method we used in a separate email, along with the FedEx tracking number or USPS Delivery Confirmation number. If you require faster delivery than what we provide free of charge, see shipping options. Insurance: With FedEx $100 of insurance is provided at no charge; with USPS priority mail, $50 of insurance is included. Additional insurance can be purchased for a few dollars more.
Shipping options / Express mail
The availabilty of express mail / guaranteed next day delivery depends upon the time of day we receive your order and our daily workload. Same day express mail packages need to be to arrive at the USPS by 3 PM and at the FedEx store by 2 PM. You will pay the difference between free shipping and express. Please do not process your rush order through our cart. Call us for availability and a shipping quote first.
Shipping options / International mail
We ship our home spa kits free within the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO (US military bases). To ship one spa kit to Europe, you'll pay $65 for USPS priority mail. See our site for special money-saving offers on international shipping discounts. We also have an account with Federal Express. Contact us and we will provide you with a quote for both USPS and FedEx and let you decide. With FedEx you save 15% off their regular rates with our FedEx business account. With FedEx your package is automatically insured for $100.
Shipping promotion / International package
Free shipping on our heavier items, such as home spa kits, is restricted to the Continental US, AK, HI, PR APO/FPO, and US protectorates. We ship USPS ground to Canada. See our current shipping promotions. If you order a heavier item, such as a home spa kit, and you live outside the areas listed above, we highly recommend that you go to usps.com and fedex.com to check their international rates before ordering. Since GSPI began in 2002, international shipping rates have more than doubled. Although we still sell our spa kits overseas occasionally, our international customers usually order more than one kit, since the contents of four kits fits into a medium sized USPS flat rate box, which holds up to 20 pounds. When you write, please type several words into the subject line that would be meaningful to us, such as the product code or description, order number, etc. Something that will indicate to us that your email is not spam. If we do not respond within 3 business days, please call us. It's likely that your email went to spam and that it was either never received or deleted.
